1. Do You Accept Returns?
Yes — we accept returns for both defective and non‑defective products.

14 days from the date the customer receives the item.
3. Conditions for Returns
A product may be returned if:
It arrives damaged or defective
The wrong item was supplied
It does not match the description
You change your mind within 14 days (unused condition)
To be eligible, the item must be:
Unused
In original packaging
Complete with all parts and hardware
4. Return Method

5. Return Shipping Fees
Faulty or incorrect items: Wee Make Change covers return shipping.
Change‑of‑mind returns: Customer pays return shipping.
6. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing time: 3–7 business days.
7. Exchanges
Yes — we accept exchanges.
8. Non‑Returnable Items
Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:
Custom‑built trailers
Custom‑fabricated components
Items modified after delivery
Products damaged through misuse or incorrect installation
9. Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)
All returns and remedies comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, ensuring customers receive products that are fit for purpose and of acceptable quality.
